Abstract submission and posters

The programme will be organized based on the 4 topics of bePOM, which will match the 4 sessions.

Please select the suitable topic according to your session of interest.

CONTRIBUTED TALKS

Contributed talks will be selected by members of the scientific committee based on the abstract.  Talks are due to last 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A. 

POSTERS

A virtual poster session will take place on Gather Town on Thursday 19 September 2024. 

In order to fit the Gather Town poster session requirements, please use the poster template

The only formats accepted are .png or .jpg format. Please provide as high quality as possible without exceeding a file size of 3MB.

SUBMISSION

To submit an abstract for a poster or a contributed talk, please use the abstract template.

DEADLINES

  • Deadline for CONTRIBUTED TALK abstract submission: 1 September 2024.
  • Deadline for POSTER abstract submission: 1 September 2024.
  • Deadline for REGISTRATION: 8 September 2024.

ALL POSTERS in .jpg or .png format are due for 9 September 2024 before 6:00pm.

 

AWARDS

Prizes will be awarded to best posters and contributed talks. More information will come.

The winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
